Protecting your personal data matters to me. Data is only processed where legally required or necessary to run this shop, and never sold.

Shop, orders & payment
To operate this shop and fulfil your order, the following data is processed and shared only as needed:
- Shopify (platform, hosting, checkout) processes your order and account data to run the store.
- Payment providers offered at checkout process payment data to complete your transaction.
- Shipping carriers (e.g. DHL) receive your name and delivery address to deliver your order.
- Billbee (order/inventory management) and Lexware (accounting) process order and invoice data for fulfilment and legally required bookkeeping.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (performance of a contract) and, for invoicing data, Art. 6 (1) c GDPR (statutory retention obligations under German tax law — invoices are retained for up to 10 years).
Newsletter (Mailchimp)
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is processed via Mailchimp to send you updates about new products, collections, and announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Mailchimp is a US-based provider; data transfer is safeguarded via the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (your consent), which you can withdraw at any time.

If you contact me directly, your data is stored only to process and respond to your inquiry, and is not shared with third parties beyond what's needed for that (see above).

Cookies
This site uses only cookies that are technically necessary to operate the shop (e.g. session and cart cookies), which don't require consent under Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta/TikTok Pixel) are currently in use. If that changes, this policy and a consent banner will be updated before any such tool goes live.
Storage duration
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g. 10 years for invoicing/accounting records under German tax law).
