Shipping policy

 

All pieces are handmade and carefully packed in my studio.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders usually ship within 3–7 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline — as a one-person studio, delays can happen due to production, kiln, material, or courier issues beyond our control. If a delay becomes significant, we'll be in touch. Once dispatched, you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking, where available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to: Germany, Switzerland, UK, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer. We may limit order quantities per Customer per drop.

Loss or Damage in Transit

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, this is not the Customer's responsibility — contact hello@muhrceramics.com and we'll resolve it (replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate).

Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside Germany, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply and are the Customer's responsibility. These are set by the destination country's customs authorities, not included in the order total, and not something Mūhr Ceramics can calculate in advance or refund. Mūhr Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
